WARRANTY SERVICE
We offer warranty service for all our brands. There will be no charge for parts if the Warranty Card is included and indicates that it is up to date and in effect.SERVICE RATES
Some gear can only be serviced by the manufacturer. i.e. Dive Computers
SERVICE NOTES
If this is warranty service, make sure to include all appropriate warranty information as indicated in your owners manual and proof of purchase. Otherwise, we will proceed with your service order as a non-warranty. (If you have any questions about what information is required, please feel free to contact us. We accept regulators for complete service only. We will replace all soft parts, seats, clean, and tune the regulator as per manufacturer’s performance specifications.
Upon service request, you are required to fill in all your contact information including your full name, contact number, and email address. We will not perform any service in excess of SR 500.00 without your prior approval.
For service requests outside Jeddah, shipping charges may apply and will be added to your bill.
